Remarks:

1. All probes can implement 2D on-machine measurement before, during and after processing, such as centering, finding the center of the circle, edge finding, correction of datum edge, key dimension measurement, automatic compensation, etc;

2. The repeatability of the probe is not equal to the actual measurement accuracy. The actual measurement accuracy is related to the comprehensive factors such as probe accuracy, machine feed accuracy, spindle accuracy, four-axis or multi axis turntable accuracy, fixture, stylus, ambient temperature, vibration and so on;

3. After the hardware of the probe is changed or replaced, it must be recalibrated;

4. Many factors need to be considered in the selection of measuring needle. The basic principle is "short but not long, strong but not thin, light but not heavy";

5. Generally speaking, if the travel is more than 3 meters, deep cavity processing, and there may be obstacles between the probe and the receiver in the measurement process, the radio probe is preferred;

6. All probe realizes the 2D measurement function in the form of macro program. To implement 3D surface measurement function, 3D measurement software is also required。
